Owen Sound Area – 2012

This project wasn’t taken on the road; it was relocated within the property limits to allow for an environmental remediation project.  There was a fuel oil spill and it leached into the soil surrounding the foundation.  The contaminated soil then was removed and a new foundation and surrounding soil installed.  The project moves the house completely out of the way to allow for the remediation process to happen as quickly and safely as possible.
