Leamington/Kingsville Area – 2013

This two-storey home was relocated because the owner of the property was building a new larger home. The majority of the move occurred on municipal roads, but the last ½ kilometer was across privately owned land. The house still exhibited excellent structural integrity and is a prime example of recycling.  Once lowered onto the foundation only minor repairs were needed to connect utilities and it was quickly made to be move-in ready.
